Lloyd D. Rae has over 25 years of experience in the car and truck rental business as an owner and CEO of an on-airport car rental company at Los Angeles International Airport. Lloyd has worked as an expert witness and litigation consultant with law firms representing plaintiffs and defendants involving contract disputes, standard of care, business practices, policies and procedures.
Lloyd has consulted for a number of international relief and development organizations in places such as Banda Aceh, Indonesia. In addition, he played a major role in providing the logistical support and TV news interviews for the first airlift of medical supplies into Baghdad, Iraq.

- Negotiated leases for office building and on-airport in-terminal car rental concessions.

Los Angeles, California: Operations Coordinator Organized the Baghdad airlift totaling 28.5 tons of medical supplies. Upgraded the warehouse computer system with bar-coding technologies and modernized warehouse procedures. Setup new inventory control reports and procedures. Trained staff and volunteers on the proper use of equipment including forklifts, radios and generators. Reduced payroll by 23% through better use of volunteer time management.
